1. MSK UNITY is a buyer seller coordination promotion marketing company.
2. Online Registration is mandatory for all customers of MSK Unity and registration fee is completely free. Default user role for all buyers, sellers and employees is customer.
3. Wallet account will be automatically opened during registration and all bonuses, cash back and discounts will be credited to wallet account. Get through Wallet – Payment, Top Up, Transfer and Earning benefits. To get cashback and discount you need to log in to the website and place your order.
4. MSK Unity will operate special offers for sales and branding of selected merchants which will be availed only to dedicated customers.
5. Recompense offers such as discounts, gift cards, win cards, dream cards, travel cards or purchase of product at company prices, etc., are conducted at the request of dedicated customers.
6. MSK Unity will offer the customer to purchase any product but it is not mandatory for the customer to purchase the product and if one has placed an order he can cancel it within 1 hour.
7. Payment: You will get 2 types of options for purchase payment. For example-1. Cash on delivery and 2. Online payment or wallet payment. From here, in the case of physical product orders, the customer can process the order by selecting options such as convenience. And choose Online Payment or Wallet Payment to process download or virtual product order (Option-2).
8. Delivery: MSK Unity does not add any delivery charges when selling any product or taking orders. Does not accept orders in regions where there are no business authorized points but customers can place an order by sending a request and paying the shipping cost. Within 24 hours of ordering the physical product, a representative of MSK Unity (Affiliated Merchant) will deliver the product to the customer’s shipping address and the customer will take delivery of the product at his own risk upon payment of the specified price of the product. And confirm the order online and within 1 minute of payment of the purchase order for virtual or download products the download link will automatically be sent to the customer account dashboard and registration mail otherwise the customer has to contact the support center.

11. Government Policy: MSK Unity conducts business in accordance with Government Policy. If any irregularity is observed and reported, MSK Unity will conduct the business as per the said policy.
